Things you should know:
Length of tour: Approx. 3.5 hours.
Tickets: Tickets are $45 per person. We offer a 10% discount for members of the Brooklyn Historical Society (please contact Visitor Services at BHS at 718-222-4111 for discount code). Advance ticket purchase required. The cost of your ticket covers the beer and food tastings, transportation, a neighborhood map with discounts, and your tour guide. Buy your tickets on-line or make your reservation through our ticketing service at 1-800-350-8850 ext.3 between 10AM and 8PM, Monday through Friday. Please make sure to bring a copy of your email confirmation or your confirmation number with you on the day of the tour.
Please note that no one under the age of 21 will be admitted on this tour. Any individual who does not carry an official government-issued ID which demonstrates that they are 21 years or older will be prohibited from participating in the walking tour and will not be given a refund.
Cancellation Policy: We do our best to limit the number of people on our tours because we want to provide participants with a more personalized and interactive experience. Because we pre-arrange your food, beer tastings, and other accommodations in advance, we will not reschedule or refund tickets that are cancelled within 72 hours of the tour start time. If you cancel prior to 72 hours (3 days) before the tour, there will be a service charge of $10 per ticket. If you have to cancel due to an emergency, please call us at 347-599-1842.
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather: We will be walking about one mile on this tour, so please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. We give our tours rain or shine. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions unless Urban Oyster cancels the tour due to safety concerns.
